An overview of the intended setup, not verified instructions for an already released installer. Package, requirements and the integration method will be confirmed before delivery.

1. Receive and start the software
Receive the approved installation package and instructions for your system. Existing local runtime versions provide the foundation.

2. Choose your AI mode
Install a local model, connect an existing compatible local model or configure your own cloud API access.

3. Prepare and review knowledge
Add business information, review answer sources and approve a knowledge version.

4. Connect and test your website
Configure the integration intended for your website and test typical questions and knowledge gaps before approving use.

Already running a compatible model? Connect Ask JELMARA to your existing Ollama environment.
Local provider path exists

Connect a cloud API
Provide your own credentials and choose a supported cloud model. An OpenAI provider path exists.
Cloud provider path exists

Local models require suitable hardware and storage. Cloud processing sends content needed for answers to the selected provider. You pay cloud API, hosting and any applicable model costs separately.

The first month is intended to include the complete Premium scope free of subscription charges. Afterwards, actively choose Basic, Individual or Premium. This page does not create a paid subscription.
The trial starts only once delivery is confirmed. An enquiry alone starts neither a trial nor a contract.
Your own hosting, hardware, compute, cloud API and any applicable model costs are not included. These may arise during the free trial too. Monthly subscription term; cancellation at the end of the current subscription month. Usage limits are agreed before a contract is concluded.

Before starting, confirm: supported operating system, package and version, free storage, model requirements and licences, provider access and data flow, website integration, privacy and a successful functional test.
Do not email secret API keys.
