The form on the “Start a project” page does not submit your information to a website server and does not store it in a form system. After completion, it only opens a prepared email draft in your own email application.
Your selected information is sent to JELMARA only when you send the email yourself. This may include, in particular, your name, email address, company, project description, existing systems and any additional information you provide voluntarily.
The interactive JelmaraOS demo additionally allows you to submit a project or conversation enquiry explicitly through the website. In that case, the contact and project information you enter is sent to a server-side JELMARA endpoint and processed for delivery of the enquiry.
Where an enquiry is aimed at entering into a possible contract, processing is carried out for pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other contact enquiries are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and handling communications pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email infrastructure provided by IONOS SE is used for the mailbox jan.koselka@jelmara.de:
