What does Ask JELMARA cost?
Basic is €79, Individual €189 and Premium €299 per month, net plus applicable VAT. Your own hosting, hardware, compute, cloud API and any applicable model costs are additional.
How does the free first month work?
One full month with the complete Premium scope is free of subscription charges. Its start is confirmed on delivery. Afterwards, actively choose your plan. An enquiry on this page starts neither a trial nor a paid subscription.
What can I customise with Individual?
In addition to Basic, shapes, colours and appearance can be adapted to your business. The actual customisation scope will be confirmed before activation.
What do Premium insights provide?
It analyses incoming questions for topics and information needs and provides AI-assisted findings and knowledge suggestions for your review. Setup and data processing are agreed for your deployment.
Can I use local AI or a cloud API?
Yes. Setup supports a suitable local model, an existing compatible local model or a cloud API. Hardware and provider access depend on your choice.
Are all questions automatically anonymous and GDPR-compliant?
This cannot currently be promised. Free-text questions may contain personal data. Premium insights therefore require data minimisation, verified anonymisation, access controls and clear retention rules, among other measures.
What are the subscription and cancellation terms?
The paid subscription has a monthly term and can be cancelled at the end of the current subscription month. An active plan choice is intended after the free Premium trial. Usage limits are transparently agreed before contracting. This page does not establish a contract.
